REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Beauty Bar Burleigh may accept returns for credit or replacement within 14 days of purchase as per the following terms:

Returns & Credits

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@beautybarburleigh.com.au Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided if a return is required. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and used personal care goods (such as beauty products or haircare products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking

Cost of freight from original order is non-refundable post shipment.  Buyer must return all items for a refund at their cost(s)

Seller Error

If the return and credit is based on a seller error then all associated costs will be incurred at Beauty Bar Burleigh’s cost(s)

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@beautybarburleigh.com.au

  • Beauty Bar Burleigh is not under any duty to accept products returned by the buyer, if the product is opened or used, or due to health regulations.
  • Products can only be exchanged or credited, after the buyer has contacted Beauty Bar Burleigh and obtained authorisation, the cost of freight for any return is to be paid by the buyer and is not refundable.
  • Beauty Bar Burleigh WILL NOT accept returns without copies of original Documents for Purchases from our online store, plus confirmation of authorization for goods to be returned.
  • All orders with missing or damaged goods need to be photographed, including postal packaging.  Please send to admin@beautybarburleigh.com.au  for management to review.
